Hello bhais,
Wanna lose weight fast for the summer but you're too scared to pin? Same. Not everyone’s trying to mess with needles just to drop some pounds. That’s where oral semaglutide comes in. It’s basically the pill version of the GLP-1 meds everyone’s been fucking raving about (reta, etc.). Instead of doing injections, you just take it by mouth and it works on the same appetite and blood sugar pathways that help people feel fuller and eat less. If you’ve been curious about the GLP-1 hype but the whole “stabbing yourself weekly” thing is a hard pass, oral semaglutide might be worth looking into. In this post I’m gonna go over what it is, how it works, and the stuff people usually want to know before trying it.
Oral semaglutide is THE best non-subcutaneous GLP-1 agonizer. Straight up. You can source it from stratelabs, and I’m sure many other places, but that’s where I got mine. In this post I’m going to go over my own weight loss plan and results.
Starting off, you need to fix your diet and appetite. Low IQ people in the forum love to talk about how diet is cope, but the results say otherwise every single time, rofl. Having a better diet improves your health, which makes you look better and makes everything easier. Fixing your diet is super simple, and resetting your gut health is the best way to start. Personally, I started with a fasting period in which I only consumed water with electrolytes. This will flush all the shitty toxins out of your gut and begin your journey to agarthan-level gut health. The length of your fast depends on your metabolism and your existing body comp. Don’t go over 5–7 days unless you’re experienced with this stuff. For me, I wrestled and cut weight frequently, so my body was more used to it and ready for a 7-day fast. But if it’s your first time fasting, DO NOT DO THAT. Feel it out. Obviously your hunger will be loud as fuck by the second or third day, but just remember why you’re doing this.
After your fast, this is where it gets real (and pretty fucking obvious, but people are retarded, so if that’s you then this thread is just for you).
The most important thing about weight loss is establishing a calorie deficit. You don’t need to track your macros and calories. While I do recommend that, you just need to be AWARE of what’s going into your body. Simple thermodynamics: you need more calories going out than coming in. You can read infinite threads about this, whatever. Try to aim for at least 500 cals burned a day through exercise while in a deficit. Sports such as boxing, jiu jitsu, and wrestling will burn calories like nothing. Another tip from my wrestling days is a nice long hot bath after cardio. This keeps your sweat going and you will burn more calories. It also helps debloat you.
not much to even say really besides the semaglutide
Here’s what you are here for, finally:
L-carnitine — 1 g a day in the morning
Zinc — 50 mg daily in the morning
Semaglutide
Dosing for oral semaglutide is different than the injection.
For oral semaglutide (the pill version), the dosing is usually stepped up slowly to help your body get used to it. Most people start with 3 mg once a day for the first 30 days, which is basically a starter dose and not meant to do much for blood sugar yet. After that, it’s typically increased to 7 mg once daily, and if more effect is needed, it can be raised to 14 mg once daily after another month. The timing matters a lot with this medication—you’re supposed to take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with a small sip of plain water (about 4 oz) and then wait at least 30 minutes before eating, drinking anything else, or taking other meds. That waiting period helps the drug absorb properly. The gradual increase is mainly to reduce common side effects like nausea or stomach upset that some people get with GLP-1 meds.
This shit works wonders. I started on a low dose and even then I felt myself becoming lighter and my digestive system working. Its been about a month and a half of this and it makes cutting so simple. Im down 23 pounds of pure fat already and will probably lighten up my dose as I kinda rushed it, but never even got to a full 14mg daily dosage schedule. This will ascend you if youre afraid of needles.
