The only valid reason for not getting Limb Lengthening is because you rely on your peak athleticism to earn a living and because you are genuinely scared of the pain and rotting in some country for a couple of months recovering.
Literally just 5cm of gain is all you need in LL and in the current moment this is literally 99% successful recovery. You can aim for more more than 5cm but anywhere from 5-6.5cm is literally idiotproof nowadays considering you aren't a lazy fuck and do all your physiotherapy and do mobility workouts from youtube. If you care about going somewhere else you can go to Athens, Greece under Giotikas but at that point you should just get Femurs(not Tibias) GNAIL for around 60k. Literally the only added benefit of this extra 30k is you don't have to recover in Mumbai, you get easier recovery (Femur is easier than Tibia to recover), and better accommodations like nurses and shit.

I Know of clinics rescuing nails, which significantly increases infection risk and keep in mind that if you get a bone infection, you’re not only risking sepsis which can easily lead to multiple organ failure but you’re also risking significant bone loss or even amputation. So I’m unsure of going to Mumbai to do this.
