A resting bitch face is a term for a normal relaxed face that’s unintentionally perceived as angry or similar negative emotions.

(The depressor anguli oris) is what pulls the corners of your mouth. It pulls the mouth downward, producing a frown.

Low or flat brows:Studies show that low and/or flat eyebrows are associated with the perception of tiredness, most affected by the length of the pretarsal lid height.

hooded or narrow eyes:Also known as “Dermatochalasis,” excess upper eyelid skin reduces how open the eyes look. This becomes more prevalent with age. Gives off a tired look.

corrugator brow tension:Brow tension takes place when the muscle between your eyebrows pulls both sides together as well as downward, giving off a frown.
Negative canthal tilt:Canthal tilt refers to the angle between the medial and lateral canthus. When the lateral canthus is low set, it produces a negative canthal tilt. It’s perceived as a serious or tired/low energy expression.

Depressor muscle dominance is when the downward pulling muscles are stronger than the upward pulling muscles. Largely affects the mouth area.
