LAMOTRIGINE AND CINNARIZINE
SOCS2 protein responsible for the sensitivity of cells to growth hormone (GH).
Deficiency leads to gigantism, excess to dwarfism.
Mice with SOCS2 deficiency are 30-50% larger, 1.3-1.5 times
SOCS-2(-/-) mice significantly exceeded their wild relatives in size. The increase in body weight became evident after weaning and was associated with a significant increase in the length of long bones and a proportional increase in most organs
Quoting from a study where they were looking for drugs (to suppress SOCS2 and CEBPD) for treatment:
"Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD)
In addition, lamotrigine, cinnarizine, and lenvatinib significantly suppressed the expression of CEBPD and SOCS2 induced by FFA in HepG2 cells (p < 0.05), confirming their potential regulatory effect.
In my opinion cinnarizine seems the best option here.
no comments, shitpost basically.
