If you have a fucking narrow palate but youre too broke to fix it, GTFIH. I came across this method called PLIERS PULLING on .org a while ago. And I see the potential with this method. PLIERS PULLING is basically thumb pulling but with pliers. This method might sound crazy for some people but you just don't know what thumb pulling is.
Many people claim thumb pulling is trying to directly move the bone and widen your palate but that is not true. Thumbpulling follows the basic principles of cranial osteopathy and craniosacral therapy, these two professions share the same conclusion and their conclusion is that there is this rhythmic pattern of motion within the skull. This runs at about 6 to 12 cycles per minute. This is called the primary respiratory mechanism(PRM) or the cranial rhythmic impulse(CRI). There is little evidence to support this stance but it is not common that 2 completely different professions agree on this theory. There is more to this but i wont go too deep into that. If you don't know what any of this means it's basically releasing the tension and increasing the mobility of the skull.

You just need pliers and electrical tape or a piece of cloth. Wrap the tape around the tips of the pliers or use a piece of cloth to prevent damage. Don't be retarded like me and make sure your pliers can spread wide enough. Now I have to use whatever this thing is instead of pliers but I think it will do its job.

My routine consists of doing 2 sets 60 seconds after I wake up, 1 set of 60 seconds after school (4pm) and 2 sets of 60 seconds before I go to sleep. After the sets i will be hard mewing for continuous force but if youre too fucking lazy you can use a schwarz expander, that would be ideal but i cant get one.

For my progress tracking, I am making impressions of my palate with aluminium foil. Just shape the foil so it fits in your mouth and bite into it. I will be doing it every month to see how things change over time. Palatal expansion can also theoretically improve your canthal tilt because of its effect on the maxilla and the zygomatic bones, which I'm really looking forward to.
