rn im monitoring my sleep on vs off modafanil 100mg to see how much it effects it and how late I can take it without fucking my deep sleep since I need my GH pulses.
Experience on nootropics:
caffeine doesnt do shit for me so I thought paraxanthine wouldnt do much but even just 150 mg makes me super locked in on stuff
modafanil more so just makes me feel like locked in if that makes sense and energized but I wouldnt say it directly makes me focused it sort of just makes me feel good
