D3+K2 10000 IU's - Bones, hormones, overall health, immune system, etc
Creatine 5-20g - Muscle + ATP brain stuff, I take 15-20 if I'm low on sleep(restores ATP)
Vitamin C 1000mg - skin
Zinc Picolinate 15mg - testosterone, skin, immune, metabolism, brain
Magnesium Glycinate 400mg - Sleepmaxx
Ashwaganda KSM 66 - Cortisol + Sleepmax(call it cope all u want)
Lactoferrin 1500mg - Bones + Immune(made a full thread on it, basic protein)
as far as my diet goes I keep it simple, I just make sure im getting all of my nutrients and avoid inflammatory things. basically just dont be fat
