-sleep is the most important metric, it doesnt matter if u dont sleep 8 hours, but try to go to bed fasted, and at the same time everyday to lower your resting hearth rate. (the lower it is the better u rest)
-for exercise try to do HIT sessions, mix cardio and strength if possible, more than 45-60minutes per day is retarded and overkill.
i personally overkill with training for personal reasons but i have a good resting hearth rate(45bpm) as i eat decently and always go to bed at the same time (23:00-00:00)
