haven't posted in a minute so figured I would post smth simple, im also writing this while being fucking fried so
Basic knowledge, having clear skin will make all of you other features stick out, it's an important health marker, and honestly the bare minimum in this day and age + its easy.
Basically what im saying is having clear skin is the bare minimum.

This in it of itself is pretty cope, there is no different types of clear skin, clear skin is clear skin.
The only difference between people with glass like skin vs matte clear skin is the products they use.
If you are younger then going for a more moisturized "glass" look may be your best option, if you are older and going for a more masculine look then just clear skin thats well moisturized but not "glassy". this is rlly up to u, personally I like a mix in between since im in my teens rn.

"oH bUt My BaKucHiOL aND eXFoLiAtOr aNd BLa bLAh BlAH tHaT cOsTs mE $300 A MoNTh"
shut the fuck up
So what actually works??
There is a couple different options here
The best option objectively is obviously just going to be accutane/isotretinoin
Dosage depends on how bad your acne is, for example Hollywood actors tend to "micro dose" it at 5-10 mg, however if you have bad acne then the dose would be much higher.
However, isotretinoin is just not realistic for a lot of people, it can dry out your skin, and in some people cause depression, + it makes things harder because u have to be careful with other stuff you take. Ofc a lot of this can be countered by just sing the right moisturizers and protocol but there is things you can try before this.

Alternative options:
Topical retinoids -
Works for me, other ppl it doesn't do shit
You might as well try it before accutane tho
You can do either Adapelene Gel(otc, not super concentrated - works for me), or you can do Tretinoin(more concentrated then adapelene but less then accutane ofc)
GHK-CU - could be combined with accutane or other things, overrated imo + takes months to have results, good if you have acne scarring.
TLDR: retinoids, wether they are oral or topical just retinoids
just dont be a fatass honestly, stay away from chocolate, sugar, etc, dairy asw but personally I consume daily since its an easy way to get in my nutrients but its not optimal for facial leanness and skin.
Nutrients that help with skin include zinc, b3, d3, C, A, b3, b5

For scarring there is a couple options, GHK-CU, microneedling + vitamin c, laser treatment etc.
If im going for a glass sort of look I'll use a clear face sunscreen, if I want a matte look I'll use a tinted mineral sunscreen. Dont fall for all the cope buying 100 fucking products, get a good moisturizer that works for ur skin + your choice of acne "agent"(retinoid) + a sunscreen and you'll be good(I also throw in salcylic acid for the pores on my nose + a toner)
Teen rn so hormonal acne going a bit crazy but rn this seems to be working for me:
good diet + salicylic acid(nose pores) + adapelene gel(etc) + moisturizer + toner + sunscreen
if a foid ever compliments your skin and asks what you do never say shit, just say its natural or some shit trust me.
mb for low effort, im tired asf rn
