I’ve been on adderall for over a year. I fucking hate taking meds and feeling like a robot so I decided to not take them anymore

day one and two I’ve got school followed by a shift at work, ends up being two 15 hour days in a row, then it’s Saturday and I’ve got my last shift of the week. I drove away cutting hair (I’m a barber) and when the days done I get in my car to drive home.

it’s raining hella hard and I’m exhausted and going through withdrawals but I make my way to the literal last turn before my street and get smoked by a guy flying through the intersection that I somehow didn’t see (probably cuz of the fucking rain)

anyways the whole front of my car is decimated, totalled the thing. I’m legally at fault too, since it was a left turn.

so far it looks like it’s gonna be a couple thousand, maybe around 4 or 5 not including the huge jump in my insurance rates from now till forevermore 🫩

tldr

worked too long and totalled my car, would’ve been better for my wallet to not have gone into work at all
