I'll be making a guide on nootropics. I had a good bit done but ig I didn't save it..so I gotta redo it. But I thought I'd take the chance to ask you guys if you want me to add anything specific. I'm doing quite a bit, but I don't wanna miss anything. Maybe something "niche" y'all got? Maybe specefic info to add onto? though im not gonna explain the brain process, DYOR if you care. Also gonna add how some of these could help with some disorders like ADHD, Autism, OCD.
Alpha-GPC
Cognitive effects: Improves memorization, learning capability, and mental focus.
Athletic effects: Used as a “pre-workout” because it increases power output and, in some cases, endurance.
Note: In some cases, it has been shown to slightly bump GH levels
Side effects
Note: These are less likely to happen (mostly due to higher dosages) but still possible.

Cognitive: 300–600 mg
Athletic: 600–1000+ mg
