Idea is to widen the mouth. You would have to 3d print it and leave it in at night I guess?
I saw it on a video but don't really know if it's effective or whatever.

I think it could work but to a very small degree, palate expansion through MSE or multi-segment lefort is the only real way to increase width significantly I think
