I've spent weeks researching supplements and their effects, and I have compiled this list. Along with these supplements, I will be pinning AI's, test, and HGH, working out, and sleepmaxxing. the main goal of this stack is to pubertymaxx, heightmaxx, and iqmaxx, so if anyone more knowledgeable on this topic can help me out, I'd appreciate it. Here is the stack:
Morning: GF-9, lion's mane, alpha GPC, and TMG
Lunch: D3, omega 3, DHEA, tongkat ali, royal jelly, B12, and K2
1 hour after lunch: apple cider vinegar, creatine, and shilajit
Dinner: ashwaganda
