hello saar, today I bring you a big gleaming thread on how to properly change how your brain perceives right and wrong, verifiably true because I have a big white beard.

moral compass

moral compass is your gut feeling telling you that something is fucked up or wrong to do, everyone has one, even killers. Your moral compass is different from mine and everyone else’s (no shit) which allows for some people to be fine to murder, but will draw the line at anything related to a child, hence the killing and beating of pedophiles within prisons.

evidently, despite being undeniably evil themselves, these people have their limits that they would never cross, dictated by their moral compass.

conviction

(from outside sources)

One of the best ways to make yourself do something you regularly wouldn’t is by becoming convicted. If you believe you NEED to do something your brain will be much less hesitant. if you believe it MUST be done, even if strange, your brain is significantly more likely to not question and simply accept.

conviction can come from a plethora of sources, the big two however are religious beliefs and personal/familial survival.

religious:

• Jews getting their weewee trimmed

• Hindus throwing shit in india

personal:

• to meet survival needs

• to get something you believe you deserve or to take from someone you believe doesn’t

• to give yourself the pleasure you feel you deserve

twisting your mind

say for example, you want to steal from a store but can’t muster up the balls to do it.

Try to justify simply, like a halfwit; this store is charging knowingly high amounts for shitty products, I need this ——— more than they need the money I’d be paying for it, etc.

conclusion

obviously not exclusive to stealing, just a little thought guide for the next time you aren’t ballsy enough to do something.

very brief as i wrote this on my way to class, definitely could be much more refined.
