If you don't mog and you somehow get into a relationship where the woman is more attractive or even if you get into a relationship where you are looksmatched, a lot of these relationships are imbalanced in the power dynamic. Normies say "look at x and y together" to try and disprove the blackpill as if an edge case counts for the majority. And even for this edge case there is nearly always a power imbalance.

Typically a woman will be more open to options that are less hypergamous after she has slept with the men she's wanted in her younger years and now is losing appeal fast. The men she slept with already were likely in the higher percentiles for sexual activity and none of them want to marry, so she now has to find a partner before she loses all of her young appeal. This is one of the main circumastances where imbalanced relationships start but they can occur when both people are young as well.

When a woman "settles" in her mind, even if you both are genuinely looksmatched, you must compensate by being essentially a slave or submissive in many ways. You have less slack for your failures, she doesn't think about you when she thinks of a man riding on horseback to pick her up to some fantasy land. Instead, if you're not attractive she's thinking of the guy she passed on the street while you went to take her out for a valentine's day treat again.

It is less socially acceptable to be assertive as a man in modern times. In older times, the assertive nature of men and the religious structures protected against hypergamy and lead to increased loyalty as the forces against cheating/the modern neurosis were stronger than the natural female inclination. Females, if left to their own devices, will be tyrants. To have a balance between man and woman, women MUST be oppressed and submissive to male will. Female nature relies upon a masculine element for stability.

Obviously that can't happen now. Lookism brings a unique perspective because it makes the modern man much more aware of hypergamy and the forces of nature and the subjegation of modern society that had led to the current imbalance and suffering which modern men go through. It shouldn't occur and the fake egalitarianism ("if everyone is the same then they will be happy") can be seen as a lie when a man understands modern times well enough. Women were never meant to work for the most part, they have mental and physical design which makes them most suitable for certain roles, and that's fine.

If you are unattractive, if you impose your will in an assertive manner and your wife/girlfriend brings it up to any of her friends, they will not shoot for your side AT ALL. "Girl you could do so much better than him", "I'm not sure why you picked him anyways", "Didn't you like Alex before? Why not get with him", etc. "Girl friends" are the worst influence and will destroy your relationship if you are not attractive and assertive.

The nature of women can be deterring in a way but in reality that's how they've always been. The way women act today is how they have always desired to act, it's just men did not allow them to act in such a destructive fashion.

If you want loyalty in a relationship you must mog, you must be assertive and impose your will and must not be with a whore (non-virgin).

When there is an imbalance in a relationship in a woman's mind, she will subconsciously look for new suitors in her environment. The only realistic way to be assertive in modern times is to be attractive as well.
