HT042 is an innovative recombinant complex developed by South Korean scientists (Medtox company and universities) designed to stimulate linear bone growth. APPROVED BY THE FDA (which we honestly don't care about)

The height of the growth zones in the HT042 and rhGH groups also significantly increased to 556.5 ± 21.1 and 544.2 ± 21.1 μm ( P < 0.05), respectively, compared with 518.1 ± 4.1 μm (normal). The number of BrdU-positive cells in the chondrocytes of the HT042 and rhGH groups increased to 389 ± 36 and 627 ± 39 cells/mm² ( P <0.001), respectively, compared with 264 ± 17 cells/mm² (control). Insulin-like growth factor-1 and bone morphogenetic protein-2 were highly expressed in the HT042 group. In a long-term model in rats, body weight, head-to-tail length, and nose-to-anus length were measured using micrometers for 4 weeks. The body weight in the rhGH group significantly increased. The head-to-anus length in the HT042 and rhGH groups was significantly longer and amounted to 18.5 ± 0.3 and 18.7 ± 0.3 cm, respectively, compared with 18.2 ± 0.2 cm (control group).

The increase in tibia length over 2 weeks was significantly greater (by 11.8%) in rats receiving a diet with 0.6% HT042 compared with the control group. The growth rate of the tibia in the control group was 372.2 and 228.0   μm/day in the first and second weeks, respectively, which was consistent with previous observations [ 18, 19 ]. It was shown that HT042 increases the growth rate of the tibia, confirming our previous studies of linear bone growth [ 13, 14 ]. Notably, the growth rate reached levels comparable to those achieved with growth hormone. The results suggest that HT042 increases the rate of longitudinal bone growth.

In addition, we confirmed the increased expression of GHR/IGF-1R and the activity of the Ihh/PTHrP pathway using quantitative real-time PCR, Western blotting, and siRNA analysis to confirm its direct effect on the growth zone. The anti-apoptotic effect of HT042 was revealed by regulating the expression of apoptotic factors such as caspase-3, Bcl2, Bclx, and Bax. These results were obtained in both ex vivo and in vitro models. Our study confirmed that the combined administration of HT042 can restore the growth retardation caused by DECS.

Really nice thing overall its pretty expensive (80$ + shipping 35$). There is probably cheaper source on the market but atm idk about one.
